I graduated from Culinary School in 1998, where my focus was pastries. After graduation I worked in Santa Barbara, California as a Pastry Chef. In 2000 I moved back to my hometown, Telluride, Colorado and worked under an accomplished French Pastry Chef. Over the next ten years I owned and operated several restaurants. In 2008 I started SweetCakes. In the years since I have operated SweetCakes I have created cakes of all kinds, with my specialty being truly elegant and delicious wedding cake.
